House Valuation Survey Motgage Survey And New House.?

Motgage survey and new house.? - house valuation survey

I just moved two weeks ago. The investigation of the mortgage were no major problems and said:
"The general condition of the property is consistent with the age and type of construction, but some repair and maintenance work is required."

A week after the move, very wet and it looks good on the wall, so I conducted an extensive study. ERIC The inspector said that at least part is wet, which could spread to the kitchen. In addition, the roof of the extension of the replacement needs and defining the needs of the chimney on the right track. He said that the first inquiry must be monitored and advised on the report, it is possible that I write the mortgage company with a copy of the report and may receive money for repairs.

Can anyone advise on the best way to do this? And no one is to have succeeded with this tactic?

The warning said the standard of Assessment: a. It must be answered

You need three "tests" or inspections had before the closure of the house. The first of a person appointed by you to check the property before signing the contract. To protect the second from the mortgage company to pay more money than the house is worth. This would have been his final walk through before closing. This is less of an "investigation" and final check on the house is in turnkey and theres nothing to stop the sale.

Although the wording of the survey of mortgage companies is at best vague, usualyl advance to the specificities of what they discovered. Once again, the poll for your protection. However, the buyer should be warned inspection that some of these issues. However, since his writing is not what happened.

Anyway, back to your current situation. I can several options that you may have:

(1) If you really believe that someone (the seller, the mortgage companies, auditors, etc..) Then, you should consult a lawyerR. According to the state where you live, you had a do not know him in closing.I case, what you are against them, but a good attorney may be able to help the other party to a quick resolution of anxiety trial to recover their costs.

(2) If you are unable to repair (or proxy), pay, ask your insurer and see if you can file a claim. However, it is likely that their insurance increase if you do not stop all together

(3) Edit and correct what you can afford now and for the reduction of moisture, as much as possible with a dehumidifier, for example. It seems that the main problems for the stability of the structure of the house. The first thing I learned when I bought my first house is that it is not necesarry (or possible) to fix everything at once.

Good luck

I fear that the investigation conducted by the mortgage company, is to your advantage. In fact, it is to check whether the property has no serious defects, which affect the property value and therefore have their investment risk.

You lose time and energy to keep them at home inspector expert.

I would like the problem of moisture with a reliable system, check with the trading rules studied by others.
Repairs should not to cure the moisture to be too expensive.

Get a second opinion on the roof, as some inspectors tend to be more cautious in estimating the remaining life of components.

Good luck

compatible with the age does not mean that all is well. This means that the things of the old houses are typical.

If you say that some repairs are needed and warning that said not to be trusted, so I doubt they have no chance.
