You can not use a patent to a TV or a phrase such as "What Would You Do?"
You can actually patent a board game ... Well, at least by extension, the mechanics of the TV show will not be patented ... If the game does not seem to be patented, which could rely on a board game patented. Patent attorneys often get a bit of money before. It must be clear and not "obvious".
The show itself is protected, like most creative works. You save a copyright ... Cheap and can be rejected if it is an original work.
A motto may be, or the name for the title of the game used to be registered as a trademark. But one can not simply "park", a brand, you must use it to trade or should not be missed.
You are not the media, patents, copyrights, you. Find copyright laws
